B2BInside operates globally, and your information may be transferred to, stored in, or accessed from countries other than your own — including the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, the United States and other locations where we or our service providers operate. These countries may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your country.

Where we transfer personal information out of the EEA, UK or Switzerland, we put appropriate safeguards in place, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable), or transfer to countries recognised as providing an adequate level of protection.

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to satisfy legal, accounting or reporting requirements. Retention periods vary by data type — for example, account data is kept while your account is active, published editorial content may be retained indefinitely as part of the public record, and marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or object. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

We do not sell personal information for money. Where we “share” information for targeted advertising, you can opt out via our cookie banner or by contacting privacy@b2binside.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

12. Data Security
